Refund & Return

Did you change your mind after receiving your order? You can cancel your purchase within 14 days after you have received your parcel, i.e. you can return the unopened product(s) and we will refund the full purchase price.

How?

  1. 1. First of all, send us an e-mail to info@maskaolin.hu, stating that you wish to cancel your purchase and return the product. In the e-mail, please remember to include:
  •       – your order number
  •       – the name of the item you wish to return
  • 2. Please pack the item securely, so that it returns to us undamaged.
  • 3. Put the invoice next to the product (if you can’t find it, write your order number and your name on a blank piece of paper).
  • 4. Return your parcel by post to the following address: 2611 Felsőpetény Bánya telep 1.
  •        – Remember: the return postage is at your expense!
  • 5. When returning the parcel, ask the post office for proof of posting (this is free of charge, but important, as without it we cannot refund in case the parcel is lost in transit).
  • 6. Refunds will be processed according to the payment method you chose when you placed the original order. 

Have you tried the product you ordered and for some reason you are not satisfied? You can return it to us within 30 days after you have made the purchase and we will refund the purchase price (not including shipping)!

Please note that the guarantee is only valid if you return at least 30% of the product to us. Empty jars cannot not be accepted!
