All Maskaolin clay powders are made from 100% pure, naturally occurring clay formed 150-200 million years ago. The hand-sorted clay has a natural color, and its content of coloring minerals (e.g., iron oxide) is naturally low. Free from additives and colorants.

The raw clay lumps are hand-sorted by trained professionals. After sorting, the clay is dried by the sun's rays, which naturally reduces its moisture content, thereby lowering the risk of microbiological contamination. The production is 100% chemical-free, without any artificial substances, bleaching agents, or chemical cleaning. We do not perform ionization (gamma radiation) or high-temperature heat treatment (calcination) on Maskaolin products, as these would destroy the clay's natural crystal structure and mineral content.
